APPLICATIONS / BOTTLED EDIBLE OIL

Edible Oil Filling Machine for Cooking Oil Bottles

MotivaPAC is a manufacturer of liquid filling and packaging equipment for edible oils packed in retail PET and glass bottles. We supply GZH servo-piston and GZB metering-pump configurations for standalone filling, coordinated filling and capping, or complete-line projects.

For most retail PET and glass bottles, we normally start with the GZH servo-piston series. GZB is reviewed when pump-based delivery or the required volume range makes that configuration a better fit.

VERIFIED PRODUCT RANGE

Machine Range at a Glance

Use the published ranges as an initial filter. The quotation must identify the selected model, test conditions and acceptance basis for the actual oil and bottle.

Quick answer: For most retail PET and glass bottles, MotivaPAC normally recommends the GZH servo-piston series. Review GZB when pump-based delivery or the required filling range makes a metering-pump configuration more suitable.

SeriesMethodPublished filling rangePublished outputHeadsPublished accuracy
GZH-4 / GZH-8 / GZH-12Servo piston100–1,000 ml or 500–5,000 ml1,000–4,500 BPH4 / 8 / 12≤ ±0.5%
GZB-1 / GZB-2 / GZB-6 / GZB-8 / GZB-16Metering pump250–20,000 ml150–2,400 bottles/hour1 / 2 / 6 / 8 / 16±1 g / 500 g

GZH output is based on the published 1,000 ml water-like-liquid reference. Actual GZH and GZB performance depends on oil behavior, temperature, fill volume, bottle dimensions, bottle opening and final machine configuration.

AVAILABLE MACHINES

GZH and GZB Edible Oil Filling Machines

Both series are existing MotivaPAC product families. Choose from application data rather than assuming one filling principle fits every edible-oil project.

GZH-Series-Automatic-Linear-Piston-Filling-Machine

01 / GZH SERIES

Automatic Linear Piston Filling Machine

Best for: Common edible oils in retail PET or glass bottles requiring controlled volumetric filling and practical bottle changeover.

  • Published range: 100–1,000 ml or 500–5,000 ml
  • Published output: 1,000–4,500 BPH
  • Contact construction: SUS316L wetted parts and food-grade seals

Servo-driven piston-stroke control, fast-to-slow filling and suck-back nozzle control can be configured around the oil, bottle and agreed production speed.

GZB-4-linear-metering-pump-filling-machine-for-foaming-viscous-and-particle-containing-liquids

02 / GZB SERIES

Linear Metering Pump Filling Machine

Best for: Projects where pump-based delivery, the requested filling range or the production arrangement makes metering-pump filling worth evaluating.

  • Models: GZB-1 / GZB-2 / GZB-6 / GZB-8 / GZB-16
  • Published range: 250–20,000 ml
  • Published output: 150–2,400 bottles/hour
  • Product contact: Hygienic stainless steel and food-grade seals

The quotation should identify the pump structure, oil-feed condition, cleaning method, bottle handling and the test method used to verify dosing consistency.

OIL, BOTTLE & CLOSURE

Confirm the Complete Package Format

Projects may include soybean oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, canola oil and olive oil. Temperature and formulation still matter because the same oil can flow differently as temperature changes.

Bottled-edible-oil-products-for-PET-and-glass-bottle-filling-capping-labeling-and-packing

PET Bottles

Round, square and handle-style PET bottles require stable bases, suitable guide support and enough neck opening for the nozzle arrangement.

Glass Bottles

Glass projects need careful handling, bottle-variation review, clean fill presentation and a closure method matched to the finish.

Bottles and Closures

Send every bottle and cap. Plastic screw, tamper-evident and ROPP aluminum closures can be reviewed when capping is included.

Separate review: Metal cans, pouches, drums, IBCs and other non-standard packages are not assumed to fit the retail-bottle configuration.

PROJECT SCOPE

Filler Only, Filling and Capping, or Complete Line

Select the scope your factory needs now while keeping the technical interfaces clear.

Filling Machine Only

For factories with usable bottle feeding, capping and downstream equipment. Confirm conveyor height, speed, flow direction, floor space and control signals.

Filling and Capping

Coordinate bottle transfer, cap feeding, cap orientation and tightening with the filler’s practical output.

Complete Packaging Line

Projects requiring labeling, coding, case packing or layout coordination belong in the integrated line scope.

CRITICAL CONTROLS

Control Accuracy, Dripping, Temperature and Changeover

Performance claims only become useful when they are tied to the real oil, temperature, bottle, volume and operating speed.

Accuracy Basis

State target volume, tolerance, test oil and temperature, machine speed and FAT method.

Residual Dripping

Match nozzle diameter, shutoff design, suck-back control, speed and nozzle-to-opening distance to the oil.

Temperature

Oils that thicken or solidify may require heated or insulated tanks, pipes, pumps or nozzles as quoted options.

Changeover & Cleaning

Define recipes, mechanical adjustments, retained product, drainage, change parts and cleaning procedure.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Edible Oil Filling Machine FAQs

Direct answers about model direction, bottle range, output and acceptance testing.

What filling machine is normally recommended for edible oil?

For most retail PET and glass bottles, MotivaPAC normally starts with the GZH servo-piston series. The GZB metering-pump series is reviewed when pump-based delivery or the required volume range makes that configuration more suitable.

What bottle sizes can one machine handle?

The published GZH ranges are 100–1,000 ml and 500–5,000 ml, while GZB configurations publish a 250–20,000 ml range. The actual formats covered by one machine depend on bottle dimensions, opening, stability, filling time and changeover requirements.

What output can the machine achieve?

Published reference output is 1,000–4,500 BPH for GZH configurations and 150–2,400 bottles per hour for GZB configurations. Actual output depends on oil behavior, fill volume, bottle opening, number of heads and the agreed operating conditions.

How is filling accuracy tested?

The quotation should state the target tolerance, test oil or substitute, temperature, filling volume and operating speed. Accuracy should then be checked using the agreed sample-test or FAT method.

Can MotivaPAC supply filling, capping and labeling as one line?

Yes. Filling can be coordinated with capping and broader packaging equipment. Projects requiring labeling, coding, case packing and layout integration should be quoted through the edible oil filling line scope.
