Bottle Washing Machines by Container Type

We build bottle washing solutions for real liquid packaging industries, so buyers can evaluate machine fit by both technical structure and production application.

For Glass Bottles

Glass bottle washing is supported across the main range, especially the QSP automatic inverting series, CP semi-automatic systems, and ZQSP linear rinsers. These options are suitable for liquor, wine, brewing, and other glass bottle packaging operations.

For PET Bottles

PET bottles are specifically covered in the QSP automatic inverting series, ZQSP linear rinsing machines, and QSP-DJ universal washing machines. These solutions provide stable rinsing and practical pre-filling preparation for PET-based production.

For Special-Shaped Containers

When bottles are irregular, diverse, or difficult to manage through traditional fixed-format washing systems, the QSP-DJ clamp-type washer becomes the better fit. It is designed for different shapes and kinds of packaging containers with easier format switching and lower breakage risk.

Bottle Washing Solutions by Industry

MotivPac bottle washing systems are developed for real liquid packaging industries rather than abstract machine categories. The washing page should therefore support both product discovery and industry-based lead generation.

Industries Commonly Served

MotivPac equipment is widely used in liquor, wine, fruit wine, beverage, brewing, mineral water, seasoning products such as soy sauce and vinegar, edible oil, oral liquid, enzymes, and other liquid packaging applications.

Why Washing Fit Matters by Industry

For liquor and wine projects, rinsing before filling supports bottle appearance and line stability. For beverage, brewing, and mineral water lines, washing consistency helps reduce contamination risk and maintain production continuity.

Washing Methods and Optional Configurations

Different products and production environments require different bottle cleaning methods. We configure rinsing media, water management, controls, and bottle handling logic according to actual production requirements.

Rinsing Media Options

Cold water rinsing, hot water rinsing, circulating water rinsing, alternating hot and cold water rinsing, and in selected applications high-pressure clean gas blowing.

Water Management

Circulating water tanks, water filtration, pressurizing pumps, and reuse logic help control water consumption and maintain cleaner operation.

Automatic Controls

Depending on machine type, options include PLC control, photoelectric sensing, touch screen operation, variable frequency speed control, and no-bottle-no-water logic.

Container Handling

Selected models support stronger gripping, tracked rinsing, adjustable bottle clamping spacing, longer rinsing and draining time, and adjustable air-blowing direction.

From Flexible Production to High-Speed Bottle Washing

One of the strongest advantages of this collection is its output span. Smaller and more flexible projects can begin with intermittent or linear automatic configurations, while higher-capacity production can scale through the QSP automatic inverting series up to 24000 bottles per hour.

Entry to Mid-Level Production

Semi-automatic and intermittent systems provide a practical path for mid-volume production, pilot expansion, and buyers who want dependable washing without immediately moving into complex high-speed layouts.

High-Speed Expansion

For operations planning long-term growth, the QSP automatic inverting series provides a stronger route from medium-speed to high-speed production, making the collection page attractive to both current buyers and future line upgraders.

Integrate Bottle Washing with Complete Filling Lines

Bottle washing does not need to remain a standalone step. We can match washers with filling, capping, drying, labeling, packing, and water treatment equipment for more coordinated line planning.

Standalone or Full Line

Bottle washing machines can be selected as individual units or matched with complete liquid packaging solutions according to plant scale, budget, and downstream process requirements.

Related Equipment Scope

Our broader equipment range includes filling, capping, drying, labeling, carton opening, cartoning, carton sealing, coding, and water treatment equipment.

Better Project Coordination

For buyers, this means fewer compatibility problems between machines, clearer upstream and downstream connection logic, and more practical solution planning from inquiry to final line design.
