GZH output is based on the published 1,000 ml water-like-liquid reference. Actual GZH and GZB performance depends on oil behavior, temperature, fill volume, bottle dimensions, bottle opening and final machine configuration.

Best for: Common edible oils in retail PET or glass bottles requiring controlled volumetric filling and practical bottle changeover.

Best for: Projects where pump-based delivery, the requested filling range or the production arrangement makes metering-pump filling worth evaluating.

Confirm the Complete Package Format
Projects may include soybean oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, canola oil and olive oil. Temperature and formulation still matter because the same oil can flow differently as temperature changes.

PET Bottles
Round, square and handle-style PET bottles require stable bases, suitable guide support and enough neck opening for the nozzle arrangement.
Glass Bottles
Glass projects need careful handling, bottle-variation review, clean fill presentation and a closure method matched to the finish.
Bottles and Closures
Send every bottle and cap. Plastic screw, tamper-evident and ROPP aluminum closures can be reviewed when capping is included.
Separate review: Metal cans, pouches, drums, IBCs and other non-standard packages are not assumed to fit the retail-bottle configuration.

What filling machine is normally recommended for edible oil?

What bottle sizes can one machine handle?
The published GZH ranges are 100–1,000 ml and 500–5,000 ml, while GZB configurations publish a 250–20,000 ml range. The actual formats covered by one machine depend on bottle dimensions, opening, stability, filling time and changeover requirements.
What output can the machine achieve?
Published reference output is 1,000–4,500 BPH for GZH configurations and 150–2,400 bottles per hour for GZB configurations. Actual output depends on oil behavior, fill volume, bottle opening, number of heads and the agreed operating conditions.
How is filling accuracy tested?
The quotation should state the target tolerance, test oil or substitute, temperature, filling volume and operating speed. Accuracy should then be checked using the agreed sample-test or FAT method.
