Can one bottling line handle multiple bottle shapes (e.g., square and round bottles)? +
Absolutely. Our systems feature high versatility. By utilizing adjustable guide rails and side-feeding methods, our lines can handle glass bottles, PET bottles, and even square or special-shaped bottles seamlessly. Changeover is designed to be quick and tool-free.
How do you ensure stability and synchronization across a high-speed line? +
Our lines are capable of matching capacities up to 18,000 bottles per hour. We achieve strict synchronization by integrating the entire line onto a unified PLC Control Network with a master man-machine interface (touchscreen). This ensures smooth transition, fast communication, and powerful error diagnosis.
We have highly viscous oil and foaming detergents. Can your machines handle this? +
Yes. For high-viscosity liquids like edible oil or condiments, we equip the fillers with servo-driven pistons and Anti-drip Nozzles. For foaming daily chemicals, we utilize Diving Nozzle Technology (bottom-up filling) to suppress foam generation completely.
