Can one Liquid Filling Machine handle multiple bottle shapes?
Yes. We offer models with wide bottle compatibility and convenient adjustment. For example, specific monoblock systems can cover bottle diameters of 60–100 mm, bottle heights of 220–350 mm, and filling volumes of 100–1500 ml, while gravity filling ranges can be customized for different packaging formats.
How do you handle High Viscosity or Corrosive liquids?
For viscous liquids, we usually recommend Servo Piston Fillers or metering pump filling systems. Our piston filling range can cover 30 ml to 5 L, and our metering pump range can cover 250–20000 ml. For corrosive products, we confirm the suitable material configuration according to the actual liquid and working condition.
Do you offer Customized Turnkey Solutions for limited space?

To prepare an accurate quotation, we need your bottle specification, fill volume, target BPH, cap type, label type, and factory layout. We provide project-based quotations instead of generic price ranges.
What is the filling accuracy and component brand?
Filling accuracy depends on the filling principle and machine series. Our electronic quantitative models can reach ±1 ml / 500 ml, piston models ±1 g / 500 g, equal liquid level models 500 ±1.5 ml, and gravity filling models ≤0.3%. We confirm the final electrical configuration according to the selected machine model and project scope.
What is the standard lead time and testing process?
Lead time depends on the machine type, configuration, and customization scope. Before shipment, we complete factory testing and line checking to confirm stable operation.
