The XG-6 handles automatic cap sorting, cap delivery, and cap gripping in one machine. The FX-6 also uses an automated cap transfer process through conveyor, spiral conveyor, and star-wheel movement before capping.
Accurate Bottle-to-Cap Alignment During Capping
The XG-6 uses a bottle mouth guiding structure that keeps the cap and bottle accurately aligned during screw capping while the bottle body does not rotate with the capping head. The cap grabbing head uses a magnetic clutch with adjustable torque.

Conveyor-to-Star-Wheel Transfer for Continuous Operation
