Inner Rinsing and Full Outer Shower in One Process
The QSP Series is designed for inner rinsing and outer shower of bottles. A special water distribution structure supports in-position rinsing, while the umbrella-shaped high-pressure outer shower sprays the bottle exterior from multiple directions.
Water-Saving Circulation for Daily Production
The machine is equipped with a circulating water tank. Filtered water can be reused in circulation, which helps reduce overall water consumption during production while keeping rinsing work more stable.
Multiple Rinsing Methods for Different Process Needs
The QSP Series supports cold water rinsing, hot water rinsing, circulating water rinsing, and alternating cold and hot water rinsing. High-pressure clean gas can also be used for bottle blowing where required by the process.
Suitable Bottle Range for Regular Bottling Projects
The listed models are suitable for bottle heights 180-360 mm, bottle diameters Φ40-100 mm, and bottle mouth diameters Φ22-32 mm. This makes model selection faster when the bottle format is already fixed.
